England and Arsenal winger Beth Mead states there isnt any location for chants in soccer, in both mens or womens match.
The occasion was marred by reports of chanting, although manchester United beat Liverpool 2-0 from the their first ever Womens Super League meeting on Saturday.
The FA are exploring the asserts of Liverpool that director Vicky Jepson – alongside the club in general – was targeted from the United supporters.
United say they are aware of the allegations and will be exploring.
Mead is currently starting with Brazil also says the chants are a topic of conversation among the Lionesses.
Its unsatisfactory and we do not want it coming into the womens match, but theres no space for it in both mens or womens game, Mead said.
Its very little minded of folks do that and people come for the love of football not to the stupid things coming out of peoples mouths.
I really hope it has been stamped out and it doesnt happen again since its not exactly what we players, staff or anybody wants in the womens game.
