England and Arsenal winger Beth Mead states there isnt any location for violent chants in soccer, in either the mens or womens match.
The occasion was marred by reports of abusive chanting, although manchester United beat Liverpool 2-0 in their first ever Womens Super League meeting on Saturday.
The FA are currently investigating the asserts of Liverpool that director Vicky Jepson – alongside the club in general – was targeted from the United fans.
United say they will be investigating and are conscious of the allegations.
Mead is on international duty as England prepare to get a trio of all friendlies, starting on Saturday with Brazil, also states the chants are a subject of conversation one of the Lionesses.
Its unsatisfactory and we do not want it coming into the womens match, but there is no room for it in both mens or womens game, Mead said.
It is very little minded of folks do that and people come for the love of football not for the stupid things coming out of peoples mouths.
I hope its been stamped out and it does not occur again because it is not exactly what we as players, staff or anyone needs in the girls game.
