Mesut Ozil: Two men plead not guilty over alleged incident
The two men have pleaded not guilty a security guard exterior the house of Mesut Ozil .
27 and Ferhat Ercun salaman Ekinci, deny behaving in a threatening or abusive manner against Kemil Sezer out distress or Ozil’s house planning to cause him alarm, Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court heard on Friday.
The group have been charged on August 8 under the Public Order Act 1986 following the alleged incident in Highgate, north London, on August 9.
Prosecutor Valerie Benjamin said:”The organization of the complainant is a Premier League footballer.
“The complainant is one of two security guards protecting the house.
“It’s alleged the two defendants approached and were verbally abusive, making threats toward them.”
The couple then supposedly left and came back before authorities were called, Ms Benjamin explained.
Ekinci, of Tottenham and Ercunnorth London, were bailed to appear to the crime before the identical court on November 6.
Kolasinac and ozil were removed from the Arsenal team to face Newcastle in their opening game of the Premier League season.
