Brad Keselowski earned his third consecutive win Sunday in the opening playoff race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but a fourth straight win appears unlikely as NASCAR heads to Richmond’s short track for Saturday night’s Federated Auto Parts 400.
Richmond is a flat, 3/4-mile track that’s quite like New Hampshire’s and Phoenix’s flat monitors. Drivers who have had success at these monitors have been contenders in Richmond.
NASCAR visited Phoenix and New Hampshire after each earlier in the season. In the desert, Kevin Harvick took the checkers, but Kyle Busch led the most laps. Harvick also won New Hampshire, but it was Kurt Busch leading the most laps.

A top-10 appears likely for the No. 2 team, but you will find drivers more healthy for the short-track racing on Saturday.
